A private process from first message to final handoff.

The process is intentionally simple for the client and careful where it matters: qualify the vehicle, confirm fit, arrive prepared, preserve carefully, inspect together.

    Request qualification

    Send your contact information, full address, vehicle year, make, model, and what you want improved. The form does not ask you to state the vehicle’s value.

    Confirm fit

    Marque confirms whether the vehicle fits the service standard and recommends the right appointment.

  3. 03

    Private intake

    If the vehicle qualifies, we ask about condition, garage storage, priorities, and any sensitive areas before confirming.

  4. 04

    Self-contained arrival

    We arrive with water, power, lighting, towels, chemicals, and care setup. No hookups required.

  5. 05

    Preservation appointment

    The vehicle receives a careful exterior reset, interior refinement, gloss protection, and documentation.

  6. 06

    White-glove handoff

    We inspect the vehicle with you. If you are not satisfied, we make it right or refund you.

01Before arrival

A few simple steps help the appointment run smoothly.

  • Vehicle accessPlease have the vehicle accessible with room to work around it when possible.
  • Personal itemsPlease remove valuables, firearms, documents, garage remotes, and anything you do not want handled.
  • Garage or drivewayMarque can work in a driveway or suitable garage. If weather prevents driveway service and garage service is not possible, we will reschedule.
  • Client presenceYou do not need to be home for the full appointment as long as access, keys, and important notes are coordinated before arrival.
  • Keys and concernsPlease point out any sensitive areas, prior damage, special materials, alarms, or surfaces you want handled carefully.
02Discretion

Private homes, plates, and garages stay private.

Marque asks permission before any photo or video is made using your vehicle. License plates, addresses, private garages, personal belongings, and identifying details are never posted without approval.
