Do I need to provide water or power?

No. Marque is built as a self-contained mobile service and brings the water, power, lighting, towels, chemicals, and care setup needed for the appointment.

When do I pay?

Payment is collected at final handoff after your walkthrough. Marque accepts major cards by card reader, Cash App, and cash.

Do I have to know whether my vehicle qualifies?

No. The form asks for the vehicle year, make, model, and trim, but it does not ask you to state the vehicle’s value. Marque reviews the request and confirms fit before the appointment is accepted.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If weather would prevent a proper result outside, Marque can still complete the appointment inside a suitable garage. If garage work is not possible, Marque will contact you to reschedule.

Can you work in a garage or driveway?

Yes. Marque can work in either a driveway or a suitable garage, as long as there is enough safe space around the vehicle for lighting, hoses, and equipment.

Do I need to be home for the whole appointment?

No. You do not need to be home for the full appointment as long as access, keys, and any important notes are handled beforehand. Marque will coordinate arrival and handoff details before the appointment.

Will photos or videos of my vehicle be made or posted?

No. Marque asks permission before any media is created or used. License plates, addresses, private garages, personal belongings, and identifying details are not posted without approval.

What should I do before arrival?

Please remove valuables and personal items from the vehicle, make the vehicle accessible, and clear enough room around it for the appointment.

What if I am not satisfied?

The appointment is backed by the Keys-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied at handoff, Marque makes it right or refunds you. No questions asked.
